Our Policy

Thank you for considering The Real GoodEatz for your catering needs. To secure your spot, we require that all inquires and deposits are to be made seven days prior to the date of your event. Once your event is secured with a deposit, you will receive an invoice with the remaining balance. Please note, all initial requests and/or final changes to your menu must be made at least 3 to 5 days prior to your booked event. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any requests or adjustments thereafter. All catering events will have food dropped off and set up. If you would like to request additional services please do so during your private consultation.

What is your Refund Policy ?

We DO NOT  issue refunds.

How much is the deposit for a catering ?

Your deposit is half of the Grand Total. The grand total includes all taxes and fees. 

 

Do you have serving & cleaning options available ? 

Yes! We offer both options for an additional price.
